This is the main evaluation session where Mustang VBC will work to fill the majority of roster spots across all teams and age groups. Athletes who attended Pre-Tryout clinics will already be familiar with our coaches and system — but all athletes are welcome to try out on May 18th.
Our Teams
Brief explanation of the two tiers with examples:

National Teams — Extended schedule, out-of-state qualifiers, top-level competition. Designated as [Age].1, [Age].2, etc. in order of competitive level.
​
Regional Teams — In-region schedule including an in-state qualifier. A competitive, development-focused pathway.
​
Team numbers are finalized after tryouts based on athlete turnout per age group.
What Happens After Tryouts

Starting May 18, coaches may begin making verbal non-binding offers

Athletes are free to continue evaluating other clubs; we may continue evaluating other players

Acceptance Day is July 7, 2026 — binding offers and payment begin on this date

Once you accept a verbal offer, please notify us promptly as a courtesy to other athletes

18 & Under - Born on or after July 1, 2007 (or 12th grade or below, age 19 or younger)
