Safety & Code of Conduct Policies
Mustang Volleyball Club (Mustang VBC)

Mustang VBC is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all athletes, families, coaches, and staff.
​
By participating in any Mustang VBC program, all athletes and families agree to follow the standards below.
​
Athlete Safety
Mustang VBC is committed to protecting athletes and maintaining appropriate boundaries.
We expect:
-
athletes to be supervised during official club activities,
-
communication between coaches and athletes to remain professional and appropriate,
-
private, one-on-one situations to be avoided whenever reasonably possible, and
-
all concerns regarding safety, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior to be reported promptly to club leadership.

Parents or guardians are encouraged to communicate any concerns directly through the contact information provided on our website.

Player Conduct
Athletes are expected to:
-
treat teammates, coaches, officials, and opponents with respect,
-
follow coaching instruction and club rules,
-
demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times, and
-
represent Mustang VBC positively at practices, tournaments, and events.

Parent & Spectator Conduct
Parents, guardians, and spectators are expected to:
-
show respect toward coaches, athletes, officials, and opposing teams,
-
refrain from coaching from the sidelines,
-
address concerns in a calm and appropriate manner through proper channels, and
-
support a positive and encouraging environment for all athletes.

Social Media & Online Conduct
All athletes and families are expected to use social media and online communication in a respectful manner and to avoid posts or messages that may be harmful, threatening, or damaging to individuals or the club.
​
Zero Tolerance for Harassment or Abuse
Mustang VBC does not tolerate:

bullying,
-
harassment,
-
discrimination, or
-
abusive behavior of any kind.

Violations
Failure to follow this Safety & Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including:
-
warnings,
-
suspension from activities, or
-
removal from the program, without refund.
​​
All decisions regarding discipline are made at the discretion of Mustang VBC.
​
This policy exists to protect athletes, families, and staff and to support a positive and competitive volleyball environment for everyone involved.
