By registering for any Mustang VBC program and submitting payment, you agree to the following:

Tryout Fees
All tryout fees are non-refundable for any reason.

​

Team & Program Fees
All team deposits, season fees, tuition, and installment payments are non-refundable once a roster position is accepted.

​

Withdrawal from the Program
If an athlete withdraws after accepting a roster position, no refunds will be issued. All remaining scheduled payments remain the responsibility of the family.

Injury or Medical Situations
Injuries or medical circumstances do not automatically qualify for a refund.
At the sole discretion of Mustang VBC, a partial credit toward a future program may be considered and must be approved in writing.

Missed Practices or Events
No refunds or credits are provided for missed practices, tournaments, or sessions for any reason.

Program Changes or Cancellations by Mustang VBC
If Mustang VBC cancels a program or team, a refund or credit for the unused portion may be issued.
No refunds are guaranteed for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond the club’s control (such as facility closures or weather).

Payment Plans
Enrollment in a payment plan does not change the total amount owed. Withdrawal does not cancel remaining payments.

Chargebacks
Disputed or reversed payments may result in suspension of participation until the account is resolved.

Mustang VBC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
