Accepting Your Spot with Mustang Volleyball Club

Welcome to the Mustang Family!

Congratulations! We are excited to offer your athlete a position with Mustang Volleyball Club for the upcoming season.

The information below outlines the next steps for families who receive an offer during the North Texas Region (NTR) Evaluation Period.

The North Texas Region of USA Volleyball uses the Online Commitment System (OCS) to manage club offers and acceptances. This system helps ensure a fair and organized process for all players, families, and clubs.

Before Acceptance Day

I've been offered a spot on a Mustang team. What should I do?

Let us know you're in!

Please communicate with your coach or Mustang administration as soon as possible to confirm that you are accepting the offer and intend to join the team.

Verify your email in OCS

Make sure you can receive emails from the OCS system.

Confirm your athlete is in the OCS database

  • If your athlete played club volleyball in the North Texas Region last season, they should already be in the system. Please do not create a duplicate record.

  • If your athlete is new to NTR club volleyball, you will need to add them to the OCS database.

Ensure you have a Playmetrics account

If you registered for a Mustang tryout, you likely already have a PlayMetrics account. If not, please create one before Acceptance Day.

On Acceptance Day

Between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM, you will receive an email offer from the North Texas Region OCS system.

When you receive the email:

Step 1: Accept Your Offer

Open the email and confirm that the offer is from Mustang Volleyball Club. Then click Accept Offer.

Step 2: Complete Your Mustang Registration in PlayMetrics

After accepting your offer through OCS, you will receive instructions to complete your Mustang Volleyball Club registration through PlayMetrics.

Within PlayMetrics, you will:

  • Review and accept the Mustang Club Agreement

  • Complete all required player and parent forms

  • Review season information and financial commitments

  • Secure your roster spot

Step 3: Submit Your Initial Payment

Your initial payment will be collected through PlayMetrics as part of the registration process.
